This is where the grapes come from - there are four vines in my garden, but I must confess I have no idea what is the sort of the grapes. This is what I have after picking the grapes. This is how you actually do the smashing. I just added some sugar and let the fermentation go. This first fermentation took about 2 weeks. Then we pressed the pulp - very professionally as you see
... to get as much juice as we could. Then we put the juice in those huge jars with airlocks to let the second fermentation finish the job.
... then comes the waiting period. I have also taken no pictures of the drinking period.
